Dagoth Doome was the third Divine Lunatic, who came to power after the abdication of Lord Fero the Far-Out (who is a traitor). He commisioned the building of the new Guildhall, but left shortly afterwards. He was made Divine Lunatic Past, and Dagoth Rane took his place.
Who knows... he might come back some day.
